What is qr-order?+
A digital menu and ordering system for cafes and bars. Guests scan a QR code at the table, browse the menu in their language, and place orders that arrive on your kitchen dashboard instantly. No app required.
How much does it cost?+
Two plans available now — Solo €10/mo and Standard €15/mo. A Standard + Payments plan is coming soon. All prices excluding VAT. 14-day free trial, no card required up front.
Are there any commissions or per-order fees?+
No. Flat monthly subscription only — never a commission, revenue share, or per-order fee. Your cost is the same whether you do 50 orders or 500.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard with one click. You keep access until the end of the current paid month — no refund and no contract.
How long does setup take?+
About 30 minutes from signup to your first working QR code. AI menu setup speeds it up — paste a photo of your existing menu and we extract the items automatically.
Do I need to buy any hardware?+
No. Any phone, tablet, or laptop with a browser works as the kitchen dashboard. We generate the QR codes; you print them yourself.
Do my guests need to install an app?+
No. Guests scan the QR with their phone camera and the menu opens in their browser. No download, no account, no friction.
Who handles fiscalization (JIR/ZKI)?+
Your existing POS does. qr-order is an ordering channel, not a payment processor — guests order via QR, your staff charges them on your POS just like any other order.
Can guests pay online with their card?+
Not in the current version. Guests pay at the table or bar as they always have. Online payment with automatic fiscalization is coming soon in the Standard + Payments plan.
Can I manage multiple locations from one account?+
Yes, on Standard and above. Add as many locations as you need; each gets its own QR codes and table list, with a shared menu and a separate kitchen dashboard per location.
Can I show happy-hour prices?+
Yes. Set a discounted price per item with start/end times and days of the week. Guests automatically see the discount during the happy-hour window.
Can I pause ordering temporarily?+
Yes. One toggle on your dashboard hides the "Order" button on the menu while keeping the menu browsable — useful when you are slammed or out of stock.
How many languages do you support?+
12 — Croatian, English, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, Czech, Slovak, Serbian, Slovenian, Greek. Your menu auto-translates with AI; each guest sees it in their browser language automatically.
Can my staff use it on their own phones?+
Yes (Standard and above). Invite staff by email with their own login. Limited permissions — they can mark orders delivered, manage item availability, and place orders for guests, but they cannot change prices or settings.
